Travel RN – Endoscopy (Rockford, IL)

We’re looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to join an endoscopy team in Rockford, IL on a contract/travel basis starting ASAP. This 36-hour assignment pays $2,560 per week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare patients and the endoscopy suite for procedures, ensuring equipment and supplies are ready.
• Monitor patient vitals and overall status before, during, and after procedures.
• Administer medications, sedation, and clinical interventions as ordered.
• Teach patients and families about the procedure, recovery expectations, and post-procedure care.
• Accurately document care and collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective patient care.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in endoscopy, perioperative, or procedural nursing is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication skills, and a focus on patient education.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
