We’re seeking an experienced RN to manage patient flow and oversee hospital operations overnight in Great Falls, MT. This is a full-time, night-shift position with an ASAP start.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the hospital during your shift, acting as a clinical resource and first point of escalation for patient care and staffing concerns.
  • Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges to keep patients moving safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor bed availability and work to optimize patient flow across units.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to maintain appropriate staffing levels and address operational challenges.
  • Facilitate timely communication between nursing units and ancillary departments.
  • Ensure care and operational practices meet hospital policies and regulatory standards.

What we’re looking for

  • Active RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
  • BLS required; ACLS preferred.
  • Previous acute care experience is required.
  • Prior leadership or charge nurse experience is preferred.
  • Strong decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
