Setting: Outpatient
Service: Supplemental clinical coverage for Compensation & Pension Exams and Separation Health Assessments
Duration: ASAP – ongoing, PRN (as-needed)
Schedule:
- Half day (≤4 hrs), full day (4–8 hrs), weekends optional (not required)
- Clinical only; interview-based exams with limited physical assessment
Key Duties:
- Conduct Compensation & Pension and Separation exams (interview-focused)
- Perform range of motion and muscle strength testing
- Perform METs testing and evaluate/diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions
- No prescribing or treatment
Requirements:
- Active Tennessee medical license
- Board-certified (BC)
- DMA certification or willingness to obtain
- Own personal laptop required (no Macs/Apple)
- NPDB report required
- Must be located within 50 miles of Cookeville
