Contract ICU Registered Nurse (RN) — Nights, Spencer, IA (36-hr; $2,308)

We’re seeking an experienced ICU nurse to join a team in Spencer, IA—available for a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This is a night shift position (6:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m.), 36 hours per week, with a pay rate of $2,308/36-hours.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license to practice in the state.
• Prior ICU or critical care experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and clear communication skills.
• BLS and ACLS required; additional ICU specialty certifications are a plus.

What you’ll do

• Continuously assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to changes quickly.
• Safely administer medications, blood products, and life-support interventions.
• Act as a first responder to emergencies and evolving patient conditions.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and critical care processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary ICU team.
