Key Duties
- Conduct primarily interview-based exams with limited physical assessment (range of motion testing, muscle strength testing).
- Perform METs testing and evaluate/diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions as required.
- No prescribing or treatment.
- Documentation per program standards.
Requirements
- Active South Dakota medical license
- Board certified (BC)
- DMA certification or willingness to obtain
- Provider must have own office
- Own personal laptop required (no Macs/Apple)
- Must reside within 50 miles of Pierre, SD
- NPDB report required
