Required qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• ICU or critical care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Specialty ICU certifications preferred

Core responsibilities:

• Continuously assess and monitor critically ill patients and adjust care as needed
• Safely administer medications, blood products, and life-support interventions
• Respond immediately to emergencies and acute changes in patient status
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary ICU team on care plans and transitions
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding critical care treatment and goals
