Setting & Coverage
- Outpatient, supplemental clinical coverage
- Coverage period: ASAP – Ongoing
- Coverage type: Clinical only (no prescribing or treatment)
- Shift types: PRN (as-needed), half-day (≤4 hrs), full-day (4–8 hrs), weekends optional
- Duties: Compensation & Pension Exams, Separation Health Assessments
Key Duties
- Conduct primarily interview-based exams with limited physical assessment
- Perform range-of-motion testing and muscle strength testing
- Evaluate/diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular function; proficient in METs testing
- No prescribing; no treatment rendered
Requirements
- Active Oregon medical license
- Board Certified (BC)
- DMA certification or willingness to obtain
- Must have personal office for conducting exams
- Own personal laptop (Windows required; no Apple/Mac)
- NPDB report required
