Location: Glens Falls, NY
Position: Registered Nurse — Interventional Radiology (Contract/Travel)
Start: ASAP
Shift: Days
Schedule: 40 hours/week; 1 weekend every 7 weeks
Rate: $2,952 / 40 hours
Required qualifications:
- Current New York RN license
- Current ACLS and BLS
- Experience in Interventional Radiology (IR) required
- Experience with procedural sedation, circulation monitoring, and recovery phase
- Experience across adolescent to geriatric populations
- Ability to float to Cardiac Cath Lab
- Previous travel nurse experience highly preferred
- Must provide permanent address and current license/certification documentation
Responsibilities (summary):
- Provide peri-procedural nursing care in Interventional Radiology: pre-procedure assessment, intra-procedure monitoring, sedation support, post-procedure recovery and discharge
- Monitor circulation and hemodynamics; manage complications per protocol
- Float to Cardiac Cath Lab as needed
Compliance:
- Must maintain current NY license, ACLS, BLS prior to start
