Coverage Type: Clinical only — Supplemental coverage (ASAP–Ongoing)
Service: Compensation & Pension Exams, Separation Health Assessments
Schedule:
- PRN (as-needed)
- Shift lengths: Half day (≤4 hrs), Full day (4–8 hrs)
- Weekends accepted but not required
Key Duties:
- Conduct interview-based exams with limited physical assessment (e.g., range of motion, muscle strength).
- Perform METs testing and evaluate/diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions as required.
- No prescribing or treatment provided.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Malpractice insurance provided.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Montana medical license
- Board Certified (BC)
- DMA certification or willingness to obtain
- Own office/practice location and personal non-Apple laptop (No MACs)
- NPDB report available
