PRN General Medicine Physician (Outpatient) – Kokomo, IN (Supplemental C&P/Separation Exams)

Seeking a board-certified General Medicine clinician to provide supplemental, outpatient clinical coverage in Kokomo, IN. Assignment begins ASAP and continues on an ongoing PRN basis (typically 2 days/week in Kokomo). Clinical duties focus on Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments—primarily interview-based evaluations with limited physical assessments (range-of-motion and muscle strength testing). No prescribing or treatment is required. Shift options include half-day (≤4 hrs) or full-day (4–8 hrs); weekend availability is optional. Malpractice insurance is provided.

Requirements: active Indiana license, board certification, DMA certification (or willingness to obtain), ability to provide an NPDB report, and primary practice office ownership. Must be proficient in METs testing and in evaluating/diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions. Provider must supply a personal laptop (no Macs/Apple) and be located within 50 miles of Kokomo.
