Travel RN - Labor & Delivery (Night Shift) — State College, PA

Join a welcoming team in State College, PA, as a contract Registered Nurse on nights. This Labor & Delivery role starts ASAP and follows a 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. shift schedule (36-hour assignment) with a pay rate of $2,182 per shift.

What you’ll bring

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Obstetrics or Labor & Delivery experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and solid critical-thinking skills.
• BLS required; ACLS and NRP preferred.

What you’ll do

• Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs throughout labor and delivery.
• Assist with labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care.
• Administer medications and perform interventions as prescribed.
• Educate and support patients and their families about childbirth and newborn care.
• Accurately document care and keep the care team informed of patient status.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and other clinical staff to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
