- Start: ASAP — ongoing; PRN (as-needed) coverage
- Shifts: Half day (≤4 hrs), full day (4–8 hrs); weekends optional
- Site frequency (typical): Mountain Home: 1 day/week; Grangeville: 2 days/week; Moscow: ½ day/week; Sandpoint: ½ day/week

Core duties
- Conduct primarily interview-based exams with focused physical assessments as needed (range of motion, muscle strength testing)
- Perform METs testing and evaluate/diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions
- No prescribing or treatment provided
Requirements
- Active Idaho license
- Board-certified
- DMA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must have own office and personal laptop (Windows; no Macs/Apple)
- Within 50 miles of assigned location
- NPDB report required
