Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Additional certifications in geriatric or long-term care nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor residents’ conditions and vital signs; identify and report changes.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per orders.
• Develop, implement, and follow individualized care plans.
• Provide education to residents and families on care plans and health management.
• Accurately document care and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
