We’re seeking a General Medicine provider to support outpatient coverage in Forrest City and Helena, Arkansas. This is a supplemental, clinical-only PRN role starting ASAP and continuing on an ongoing basis. You’ll perform Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments on an as-needed schedule (half days or full days).
What you’ll do
- Conduct primarily interview-based exams with focused physical assessments as needed (range of motion, muscle strength testing).
- Complete METs testing and evaluate/diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular issues.
- No prescribing or treatment responsibilities.
Schedule and locations
- Forrest City: approximately 1 day per week
- Helena: approximately 2 days per week
- PRN coverage; shifts can be half day (4 hours or less) or full day (4–8 hours)

Requirements
- Active Arkansas license
- Board certified
- Must have your own office and personal laptop (no Mac/Apple)
- DMA certification or willingness to obtain it
- Able to complete NPDB report
- Must live within 50 miles of the locations
