Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per protocol.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with clinical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain accurate medical records, including assessments, interventions, progress notes and patient education.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; supervise patient conduct and uphold facility order.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
