Contract (non-travel) opportunity in Middletown, RI. Start ASAP for a 7-week assignment. Schedule: 07:00 AM–03:30 PM. Rate: Local $1,700 per 40 hours.

Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Key responsibilities:

• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, and document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for laboratory testing according to protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support treatment plans, assist with procedures, and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Provide patient and family education and ensure continuity of care through clear documentation.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, manage unit order, and supervise patient conduct.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
