Core responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Administer medications and collect specimens for testing per orders and protocols.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, initiate appropriate interventions, and document responses and progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with procedures as needed.
• Accurately document all nursing activities, assessments, patient education, and care plans in medical records.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; monitor and supervise patient conduct and safety.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
