Contract RN — Long Term Care (Bloomfield, NM)

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join a team in Bloomfield, NM on a 7-week contract (non-travel) starting ASAP. This position works a night shift schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM. Pay is local rate: $900 per 24-hour period.

What we need from you

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state.
• Current BLS certification.

What you’ll be doing

• Plan and deliver nursing care tailored to each patient, including medication administration and specimen collection for testing.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support treatment plans and assist with procedures as needed.
• Continuously assess patients, implement interventions, and document progress and outcomes.
• Thoroughly record nursing activities in the medical record — assessments, treatments, patient education, and any changes in condition.
• Help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment by supervising patient conduct and supporting unit order and safety.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
