Travel RN – Long-Term Care (2p–10p) | $1,674/36-hr — New Lisbon, WI

Join a long-term care team in New Lisbon, WI on a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This position works the 2p–10p shift, 36 hours/week, at a rate of $1,674 per 36-hour assignment.

Required qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• BLS certification
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills
• Additional certifications in geriatric or long-term care nursing are a plus

Key responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor residents’ conditions and vital signs
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions
• Develop, implement, and follow individualized care plans
• Educate residents and families on diagnoses, treatments, and care plans
• Accurately document nursing care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
