Travel RN – Long-Term Care (Hart, MI)

We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse to join a long-term care team in Hart, MI on a 13-week contract (ASAP start). This role blends hands-on nursing with leadership—ideal for an RN who enjoys working closely with residents and guiding clinical staff.

What you’ll do:

• Create and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs
• Deliver direct nursing care and provide supervisory oversight of nursing staff
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care safely and accurately
• Monitor, document, and report residents’ health status and progress
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

What we need from you:

• Active RN license valid for practice in Michigan
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• BLS certification (required)
• Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills
