• Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)

  • 08:00–16:00 (working lunch)
• Monday–Thursday (extended shifts)
  • 07:00–18:00 (1-hour lunch)
  • 07:30–18:00 or 08:00–17:30 (30-minute lunch)
  • 07:00–17:00 or 07:30–17:30 (working lunch)

Rates

• LAC: $60/hr
• LCSW: $60/hr
• LSW: $50/hr

Minimum qualifications

• Current Colorado behavioral health license: Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
• At least 1 year of licensed clinical experience; SUD treatment experience preferred

Core responsibilities

• Provide SUD treatment services to incarcerated individuals within a correctional setting
• Conduct formal and informal behavioral health and substance use assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
• Monitor client progress and maintain up-to-date clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams and coordinate referrals to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and professional standards
• Provide clinical guidance to non-clinical staff as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
