Requirements:

• Active RN license in practicing state
• Medical-surgical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (based on patient population)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient condition and vital signs
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Accurately document care and report changes to the care team
• Educate patients and families on care plans and self-management
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members
