Start: ASAP
Rate: Travel: $1,752/40 hrs | Local: $1,684/40 hrs

Requirements

Active LPN license valid for practice in Michigan
Minimum 1 year LTC or similar experience preferred
Current BLS certification
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
Administer medications and basic treatments per care plans
Assist residents with ADLs and personal hygiene
Observe, assess, and report changes in resident condition
Accurately document nursing interventions, observations, and outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care
Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures
