We’re looking for an experienced RN to join a medical-surgical team in Carbondale, IL. This is a travel/contract night shift position starting ASAP. The role pays $2,052 for a 36-hour week.

What you’ll bring

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Medical-surgical experience is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational abilities, and clear communication skills
• BLS required; ACLS preferred depending on the patient population

What you’ll do

• Regularly assess and monitor patient condition and vital signs
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions
• Accurately document care and promptly communicate changes to the care team
• Provide patient and family education about care plans and health management
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize patient care
