Registered Nurse Opportunity — Nurse Practice Educator (Contract, Non-Travel) in Franklin, NH. Immediate start for a 14-week assignment; schedule 08:00 AM–04:30 PM. Local rate: $2,360/40 hours.

Requirements:

• Active RN license.
• Clinical experience in an acute care or comparable healthcare setting.
• Certification in Nursing Professional Development (NPD) or related specialty.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with nursing leadership to assess learning needs and design targeted education programs.
• Plan and deliver training on clinical skills, regulatory compliance, and evidence-based practice.
• Assess staff competence, develop individualized learning plans, and document progress.
• Create and maintain comprehensive orientation programs for new hires ensuring familiarity with hospital policies and procedures.
• Coordinate continuing education and certification opportunities to support professional development.
• Collaborate with quality improvement teams to address clinical concerns and promote safe, high-quality patient care.
• Monitor and promote compliance with institutional policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.
• Keep staff updated on clinical advances, best practices, and regulatory changes.
• Maintain accurate records of educational activities and outcomes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
