Minimum Requirements:

• Active RN license in practicing state
• BLS required
• Perioperative or OR nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
• CNOR or other specialty certifications preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients, instruments, supplies, and OR environment for surgery
• Serve as circulating nurse or scrub as needed; assist the surgical team during procedures
• Monitor patient status, administer medications per protocol, and maintain sterile technique
• Accurately document perioperative care and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Provide patient and family education for pre- and post-operative care
