Join a contract travel team in Honolulu, HI, providing progressive care (step-down) support on a rotating shift. This position starts ASAP and offers compensation of $1,939/32-hours.

Key qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Progressive care, step-down, or critical care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and interpersonal/communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Core responsibilities:

• Closely monitor patient status and vital signs, recognizing and responding to clinical changes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ordered interventions safely and accurately.
• Escalate care appropriately and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Provide clear education and support to patients and families regarding treatment plans and self-care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
