Requirements:

• Progressive care, step-down, or critical care experience preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor patient condition and vital signs; recognize and respond to changes
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions safely and accurately
• Escalate care and coordinate with providers when patient status changes
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, care plans, and discharge instructions
• Maintain complete, timely documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
