Requirements:

• Current, active Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Position Overview:
Provide professional nursing care in a clinical setting by assessing patients, implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, collecting specimens, and documenting interventions and outcomes. Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to support patient treatment, assist with procedures, and maintain accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing patient assessments and implement appropriate nursing interventions; monitor and record patient progress.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for diagnostic testing according to protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to coordinate patient care and participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Assist with procedures and prepare, maintain, and update patient records and documentation, including patient education.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment by enforcing facility standards, supervising patient conduct when required, and promoting order and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
