OBGYN Physician — Hospital-Employed (Munster, IN)

We’re seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to join a hospital-employed team in Munster, Indiana. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity caring for both obstetric and gynecologic patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, with a schedule that averages 144 service hours per month (1,728 hours annually). Phone on-call availability is required.

Start and credentialing: Anticipated start about 90–120 days after offer, pending credentialing (credentialing timeline approximately 90–120 days).

Clinical scope: You’ll provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including admissions, rounding, consults, follow-ups, labor and delivery coverage, obstetric emergencies, and support for gynecologic surgical cases. Collaborative work with advanced practitioners and nursing staff is expected, and documentation is done in Epic (HIMSS Stage VII).

Team and facility: You’ll join a collegial system of physicians with nurse practitioner support across inpatient and outpatient settings. The practice is hospital-employed and growing as part of an expansion of women’s health services.

Requirements and credentials: BC/BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology, eligibility for an Indiana medical license, and holding DEA and CSR. Epic proficiency and a commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care are preferred. Prior OB/Gyn or laborist experience is a plus.

Compensation and benefits: Competitive base salary (negotiable, MGMA-guided) with RVU-based incentive bonuses. Relocation assistance is negotiable.
