What you’ll need

• Active Washington state license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Master’s degree in Communication Disorders or a related field

What you’ll do

• Complete thorough evaluations and re-evaluations to inform individualized therapy plans
• Deliver individual and group therapy that targets expressive/receptive language, fluency, articulation, and social-pragmatic skills
• Develop and implement AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) solutions to expand student communication options
• Coach and train teachers, staff, and families in practical strategies to support communication across settings
• Collaborate with the school team and take on additional duties as needed
