Schedule: Sun–Sat, 08:00 AM–04:30 PM | Rate: Travel $1,876 / 35 hrs; Local $1,848 / 35 hrs

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a 14-week contract in Stafford Township. The ideal clinician will evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized OT services to support patients’ functional independence and safe participation in home, work, and community settings.

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapy state license
• Current CPR/BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) including AED

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and environmental needs to identify functional limitations and set measurable goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the interdisciplinary team
• Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve activities of daily living, mobility, and participation
• Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment and assistive devices
• Provide hands-on instruction and practice for daily living tasks to build skills and independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on condition management, safety, and independence strategies
• Monitor, document, and revise treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and progress
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive treatment
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation including evaluations and progress notes
• Support patients’ safe transitions back to community and work environments
• Stay current with best practices and participate in professional development
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
