What we expect

• Hold an active Texas license and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Master’s degree in Communication Disorders or a related field.
• Familiarity with Texas Speech and Hearing Association guidelines.
• Solid experience working with pediatric populations in school-based settings.

What you’ll do

• Perform comprehensive assessments and re-evaluations to guide individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver individual and group therapy that targets expressive/receptive language, fluency, articulation, and social-pragmatic skills.
• Develop and implement Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) solutions to expand student communication options.
• Train and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to carry communication strategies across classrooms and home.
• Complete other duties as assigned to support student success.
