Join a full-time Occupational Therapy role in McHenry, IL. Start ASAP. Standard schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapy state license or proof of eligibility
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive OT services: screen, examine, evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver and document interventions, monitor patient progress, and perform routine reexaminations to adjust plans.
• Design, fabricate, and train patients in use of adaptive devices and functional activities tailored to abilities and interests.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team; refer patients to other disciplines or agencies as appropriate.
• Supervise OT assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support staff as required.
• Maintain accurate clinical and billing documentation, adhere to treatment schedules, and participate in patient care conferences and work-related meetings.
• Order, clean, maintain, and report repair needs for supplies and equipment.
• Ensure a safe environment by identifying and eliminating fire and safety hazards.
• Prioritize compassionate, high-quality patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
