Join a 13-week contract assignment in Baltimore, MD (ASAP start) providing client-centered occupational therapy. This full-time role follows a 35-hour weekly schedule: Sunday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Compensation: Travel: $1,754/35 hrs; Local: $1,726/35 hrs.

Required credentials

• Active, valid Occupational Therapy state license
• CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (including AED)

Core responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ physical, cognitive, and environmental functioning to identify limitations and establish measurable goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the interdisciplinary team
• Use a variety of therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills, independence, and safety
• Recommend, train on, and fit adaptive equipment and assistive devices
• Teach and practice activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental ADLs to build client competency
• Educate clients and families on condition management, strategies for independence, and home safety
• Monitor, document, and revise treatment progress, maintaining accurate evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge plans
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other providers to support successful community and workplace reintegration
• Stay current with best practices and participate in professional development
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
