Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) — Franconia, NH (14-week Contract)

Join our team as a contract Occupational Therapist in Franconia, NH. This 14-week assignment begins ASAP with a full-time schedule: Sun–Sat, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Compensation: Travel rate $1,876/35 hours; Local rate $1,848/35 hours.

Required qualifications

• Active, valid Occupational Therapy state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (including AED).

Core responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical and cognitive function and evaluate their environments to identify limitations and establish goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary team members.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve daily living skills, independence, and functional outcomes.
• Recommend, fit, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
• Teach and practice activities of daily living to build patient competence and confidence.
• Provide education and training for patients and families on condition management and independence strategies.
• Monitor, document, and revise treatment plans based on patient progress and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, including evaluations and progress notes.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to support safe, effective transitions back to community and work settings.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in occupational therapy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
