Travel Speech-Language Pathologist — 13-Week Contract in Willows, CA (High Pay)

Join a 13-week contract in Willows, CA (ASAP start) providing comprehensive speech-language services. Schedule: Sun–Sat, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Rate: Travel $2,383/36 hrs; Local $2,347/36 hrs.

Requirements:

• Valid, active Speech-Language Pathologist state license.

Core responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing function using clinical evaluation and diagnostic testing.
• Diagnose communication and swallowing disorders and determine severity.
• Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans and modify them based on patient progress.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to address articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and dysphagia.
• Provide AAC recommendations and training when appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on strategies, exercises, and safe swallowing practices to support carryover in daily life, school, or work.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (physicians, therapists, educators) to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current in SLP best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
