Looking for a locum tenens opportunity in Mason City, IA? This role supports a busy General Orthopedic Surgery practice serving both inpatient and outpatient needs. You’ll cover clinical care, surgeries, OR responsibilities, IP/ED consults, and trauma/orthopedic call as part of a team of four physicians.

Schedule & shifts

• Appointment length: 10–30 minutes

Clinical responsibilities

• Perform a full range of orthopedic procedures including total hip, knee, and shoulder replacements
• Manage hand, wrist, knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, and foot surgeries
• Provide trauma care, fracture management, and sports medicine treatment
• Cover inpatient consults and emergency department consults
• Supervise APPs (required)
