As both a community hospital and state-designated Level I Trauma Center Delray Medical Center offers several specialized services including state-of-the art cardiac and vascular facilities, orthopedics, neurosciences, emergency care, and weight-loss surgery.

Requirements:

  • Unencumbered, active APRN / CRNA license in Florida (or eligible for licensure)
  • NBCRNA certification (or eligibility)
  • Critical Care Experience: Usually 1-3+ years in ICU, step-down, or other high-acuity environments
  • Clinical Skills: Proficiency in advanced airway management, central lines, arterial lines, ventilators, etc.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts (some hospitals may require call, nights, weekends)
  • Professionalism and Communication: Ability to work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and OR teams
