Job Description

First California Physician Partners is actively seeking additional OB/GYN physicians to join our growing community-based team in Palm Springs, CA! This is an excellent opportunity to be part of one of the largest healthcare systems in the country and practice full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology in a supportive, physician-led environment.

Position Highlights

Full-time, employed position
Full-scope OB/GYN practice
Robotic surgery capabilities
Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
Average daily patient census: 20-25 patients

Resources & Facilities

On-site Laborist team
On-site neonatologists
On-site hospitalist pediatricians
On-Site MFM
2 dedicated operating rooms
25 labor and deliver rooms
Level III NICU
In-office ultrasound
Clinic location in close proximity to Desert Regional Medical Center

Candidate Requirements

MD or DO degree required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Eligible for California medical licensure

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary range: $310,000 - $450,000

Compensation based on qualifications, experience, and productivity
