Position Highlights

  • Specialty: Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery fellowship training required
  • Employment Model: Full-time, employed position
  • Call Schedule: Pediatric Ortho call coverage required; option to take Adult Ortho call if desired
  • Practice Setting: Largest multi-specialty group in the region with significant market share across West Texas and Southern New Mexico
  • Patient Volume: Robust referral network supported by 50+ system access points throughout the region
  • Administrative Support: Centralized billing, coding, and collections; in-house HR, IT, marketing, business development, and PR teams
  • New Grads Welcome: Experienced surgeons and fellowship graduates are both encouraged to apply

Candidate Requirements

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery
  • Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Experienced surgeons and new fellowship graduates encouraged to apply
