Hospital of Special Care is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Inpatient Pediatrician to join our specialized 28-bed pediatric inpatient unit. Our program serves a diverse pediatric population with complex and chronic respiratory needs, offering physicians the opportunity to deliver meaningful, relationship-based care in a highly supportive environment.

Position Highlights

• Provide inpatient pediatric care for children with chronic respiratory and complex medical conditions
• Work closely with a dedicated interdisciplinary care team, including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who actively support treatment planning and continuity of care
• Practice in a mission-driven organization known for its specialized, patient-centered approach

Ideal Candidate

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
• 3–5 years of inpatient pediatric experience preferred; new graduates will be considered for the right fit
• Background or interest in developmental pediatrics is a plus, but not required
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care
• Strong communication skills and interest in contributing to program growth
