Job Description

TeamHealth is seeking an experienced advanced practice clinician to join our dynamic emergency department team at Haywood Regional Medical Center, a Duke Lifepoint facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant (PA) to work in a supportive, high-quality clinical environment while enjoying the beauty and lifestyle of western North Carolina. Ideal candidates must have prior experience in emergency medicine or urgent care, have strong clinical skills and comfort in a high-volume environment, active ACLS and PALS certifications.

Opportunity Overview
  • Provide care in fast-track and main ED setting
  • Manage medium- to high-acuity patients confidently and independently
  • Collaborate with seasoned, well-supported EM team
