- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm full-time general outpatient
- Build up to 15 patients per day
- General neurology and headache focus
- BOTOX procedures required
- 40 minutes new patients, 20 minutes return visits
- Hospital privileges required
- Two weeks on/off rotation option available
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
