- Long-term coverage with consistent full-time schedule
- Support from Pathologist Assistants for efficient workflow
- Balanced case load with mostly diagnostic surgical pathology
**Assignment Details**
- Coverage type: Clinic + Call
- Start date: ASAP
- End date: Ongoing
- Practice setting: Inpatient
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 8a–5p
- Call: Night beeper (7p–7a) + 24hr weekend call (7a–7a)
- EMR: Cerner
- Admissions required: No
**Clinical Details**
- ~30 cases/day (primarily diagnostic surgical pathology)
- Pathologist Assistants available for support
- Level 1 trauma center environment
- No supervision or teaching responsibilities
**Requirements**
- Board Certified Pathology
- BLS required
- No specific state license required to bid
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
