**Locums | Neonatal Nurse Practitioner | No Call | Springdale, AR**
**Why This Role**
- Ongoing NICU staffing need
- Level III neonatal care
- Consistent census and acuity
**Assignment Details**
- ASAP start
- Ongoing coverage
- Inpatient setting
- No call
- 24 hour shifts 8a–8a
- Weekdays and weekends included
**Clinical Details**
- Level III NICU coverage
- 7–10 NICU patients per shift
- Nursery census varies
- 26 bed unit
- Assigned patient rounding
- Admissions and deliveries
- Delivery attendance required
- Some neonatal transport
- Critical care skill set required
- Cerner EMR
**Requirements**
- Certified neonatal nurse practitioner
- Active Arkansas license
- PALS and NRP through AHA or ARC
- Neonatal critical care experience
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
