**Assignment Details**
- Locums coverage
- Mon–Thurs primary schedule
- 16 shifts per month
- 8 hour clinic days
- Clinic hours 0800–1630
- On call one week and one weekend per month
- Phone call only coverage

**Clinical Details**
- Outpatient hematology oncology clinic
- Inpatient consults rare and phone based
- Hospitalists admit all patients
- Adult patients 18 plus
- Daily clinic volume 16–20
- Hospital census 0–2
- Consults follow ups and treatment oversight
- Antineoplastics phlebotomy IVIG iron therapy bone marrow biopsies
- Two advanced practice providers
- No APP supervision required
- Two nurses per provider plus ancillary staff
- EMR Epic
- Teaching opportunity available

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Hematology Oncology
- Fellowship trained Hematology Oncology
- Active Iowa license or IMLC
- Available full time Mon–Thurs
- Ability to perform MUA
- Clean malpractice and background

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
