* 7-on/7-off schedule with 12-hour shifts
* Very busy, high-volume trauma program
* Lucrative compensation with robust earning potential
* Consistent patient continuity — always a provider on duty who knows the patients between shifts
* APP assistance available to support clinical workflow
* Critical Care Fellowship required
* Open to new graduates and experienced trauma surgeons
* Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care
