We are seeking an ENT to join our well-established ENT practice in Laredo, Texas. This full-time position arises as the current physician transitions toward retirement and offers an ideal setting for a new graduate or experienced provider seeking mentorship, autonomy, and a vibrant patient base.

* This is a high-potential role for a physician who values community-based care, comprehensive ENT services, and a supportive team environment.
* Full-time position at an established clinic on the Laredo Medical Center campus
* Patients assigned via referral – strong built-in referral network across specialties
* Treat both adult and pediatric populations
* Balanced scope: New patient evaluations, Follow-up visits, Surgical procedures, Post-op care, Hearing exams, and Hospital & ER consultations
* Current ENT physician will provide mentorship and guidance during transition
* Open to new graduates and early-career physicians

**Qualifications**

* MD or DO from an accredited medical school
* Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency
* Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
* Eligible for unrestricted Texas medical license
* Commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration
