• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, 4 ten-hour shifts
• 16-18 patients per 10 hour shift
• Clinic setting with rotation between two locations
• FQHC experience strongly preferred
• Patient mix: well child, women's annual, Medicare wellness visits
• Minimum 2 years primary care experience required
• All ages patient population
• Hospital privileges required
